The same four steps apply to every visit, every time — this is what keeps the schedule fair for everyone.
Check in 15 minutes early
Log in and complete check-in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time so your clinician can start on time.
Pay at check-in
Payment is collected at the time of check-in, before the visit begins.
Your clinician joins
You'll be connected for your scheduled service — live video, or an async review for dermatology photo visits.
10-minute window
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the visit will not be conducted and you'll be dismissed from the session.
Scheduling & payment policies
Please read this before booking — it applies to every appointment type.
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment at no charge.
- Cancel less than 24 hours prior and you will be charged for the visit.
- If we cancel your visit, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
Lateness & no-shows
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late means the visit will not be conducted, and you'll be dismissed from the session.
- No-shows are charged the full cost of the visit.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of visit, during check-in.
- A visit will not begin until payment is completed.
Practice standing
- Patients are discharged from the practice after three missed appointments.
- A missed appointment includes both no-shows and late dismissals.
Plan to check in at least 15 minutes early. Between check-in, payment, and the 10-minute lateness window, arriving right at your appointment time often isn't enough — a few extra minutes protects your visit.

This is a fully virtual practice — every visit takes place by video or secure photo upload, from wherever you are.

Last appointments are scheduled 45 minutes before close to allow time for check-in and the full visit.

For tele-dermatology visits, have clear, well-lit photos of the affected area ready to upload if you're not doing a live video visit.
